Every order ships from our factory in China, straight to the address you give us.

How long does it take?

Typical delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. The exact estimate for your country is in your order confirmation email.

How much does it cost?

Shipping is quoted per order, based on destination, weight and quantity. Wholesale inquiries always include shipping in the quote — no surprises.

Do you ship everywhere?

We ship worldwide. If your country can't be reached, we'll tell you in the quote before you pay anything.

What about customs and duties?

Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare goods accurately and provide tracking numbers for every shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number once it leaves the factory.
