Returns & exchanges

If a tee isn't right, send it back. We keep it simple.

The window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. After that, items are final sale.

The conditions

Tees must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it at our cost.

How it works

Email us at hello@kpj138.com with your order details and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the next steps within one business day.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return. Shipping costs are only refunded when the return is our fault.

Wholesale orders

Bulk orders have their own terms, agreed in your quote. Ask about returns before you confirm.
