What we collect

When you send an inquiry or place an order: your name, email address, and the details you give us (company, country, quantities, shipping address). When you visit: your cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and never on our servers.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare your quote, and ship your order. That's it. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Language & region detection

On your first visit we may check your country via a free GeoIP lookup to suggest a language. The result is used once, stored as a cookie, and never shared. You can switch languages manually anytime — your choice always wins.

Cookies

Two small cookies: your language preference (365 days) and whether you dismissed the language suggestion. No tracking, no advertising cookies.

Who sees your data

Only the people who process your order. No data is sold, rented or shared with advertisers.
